Goldbar Training LLC, including its brands and divisions Goldbar Staffing, Goldbar Coaching, Goldbar Live, Goldbar Community, and Goldy.AI ("Goldbar"), complies with the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). This policy describes the procedures for submitting a copyright infringement complaint or a counter-notice involving content hosted or published by Goldbar. This DMCA Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.

The DMCA Explained

The DMCA provides a standardized process for copyright holders to request the removal of infringing content. Learn more at the U.S. Copyright Office: www.copyright.gov.

Note: This policy is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Please consult an attorney before submitting a notice.

Notice Requirements (DMCA Takedown Request)

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent (your full name will suffice)
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • A description of the allegedly infringing content, with enough detail to locate it (e.g., URL or screenshots)
  • Your contact information (name, mailing address, phone number, and email address)
  • A good-faith statement: "I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
  • An accuracy statement under penalty of perjury: "The information in this notice is accurate, and I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner."

Where to Send the Notice

Email (preferred): info@goldbarstaffing.com
Mail: Goldbar Training LLC, Attn: Legal Department – DMCA Notice, 11954 Narcoossee Rd, Suite 2, PMB #172, Orlando, FL 32832

By submitting a DMCA notice, you agree that we may forward the complete notice (including your contact information) to the user whose content is at issue.

No Automated Submissions

We do not accept DMCA notices submitted by bots or mass-automation tools. Each notice must be personally reviewed and signed by a responsible party.

Counter-Notices

If your content was disabled due to a DMCA takedown and you believe this was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to info@goldbarstaffing.com including:

  • Your name, address, and signature
  • A description of the content and where it appeared before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for your judicial district (or the courts in Orange County, Florida, if outside the U.S.)

Once a valid counter-notice is received, we may reinstate the content after 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant informs us that they are pursuing legal action.

False Claims

Submitting a false DMCA notice or counter-notice is a violation of federal law and may result in legal consequences, including monetary damages and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
