Effective: June 2, 2026  ·  Last Updated: June 2, 2026

Goldbar Training LLC and its brands and divisions — Goldbar Staffing, Goldbar Coaching, Goldbar Live, Goldbar Community, and Goldy.AI (collectively, "Goldbar," "we," "us," or "our") — respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information of our clients, virtual assistants, trainees, attendees, website visitors, vendors, and all users of our platforms and services.

This Policy applies to all interactions with Goldbar across our websites (including goldbarstaffing.com, goldbarcoaching.com, goldbarlive.com, goldyai.com, goldy.ai, and related subdomains), mobile apps, software and platforms (including the Goldy.AI AMS), training systems, events, and service portals.

1. Who We Are & Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Goldbar Training LLC, a Florida company, and all of its brands and divisions. By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Who We Collect Personal Information From

  • Clients and prospective clients of our staffing, coaching, consulting, software, and event services
  • Virtual assistants and other personnel (contractors and applicants)
  • Attendees and registrants of our training programs, webinars, conferences, and events
  • Members of our communities and subscribers to our platforms
  • Visitors to our websites and digital platforms
  • Vendors, service providers, sponsors, and business partners
  • Individuals whose information is provided to us by our clients in connection with the Services

3. Two Roles: Controller and Processor

As a controller (our own data): For information about our website visitors, prospects, applicants, attendees, and account holders, we decide how and why the information is used. This Policy governs that use.

As a processor / service provider (client business data): When a client gives us access to their business systems — logins, CRM and contact records, lead lists, call recordings, email inboxes, calendars, and transaction documents ("Client Business Data") — the client is the owner and decision-maker. We process Client Business Data on the client's behalf. The client is responsible for having the legal right and any required consents to share Client Business Data with us. If you are an individual whose information was shared with us by one of our clients, please contact that client to exercise your rights.

4. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly: name, business name, email, phone number, mailing address, role, and password; professional information and application materials; payment details (handled by our processors); training and engagement data; communications and support requests; and content you input into the Platform.

Client Business Data: depending on the Services you use and the access you choose to provide, this may include logins/credentials, CRM and contact data, lead lists, call recordings, email and inbox content, calendars, documents, and your own customers' personal information. You control what you connect and share.

Information collected automatically: device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, visit history, and timestamps, using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 9).

Information from third parties: integrations you authorize, payment processors, recruiting tools, analytics and advertising partners, sponsors, and our service providers.

5. How We Use This Information

  • Match clients with qualified assistants and deliver our Services
  • Operate, maintain, and improve our Sites and Platform
  • Enable delegation, task tracking, and assistant management
  • Generate AI-assisted outputs such as playbooks and SOPs
  • Process payments, manage accounts, and communicate with you
  • Send marketing communications (you can opt out — see Sections 7–8)
  • Measure performance, conduct analytics, and develop new features
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Comply with legal requirements and enforce our agreements

We may use aggregated and de-identified data — which does not identify you — for analytics, benchmarking, and improving our Services and models.

6. How We Share Information

We may share information with internal Goldbar teams and brands; service providers and subprocessors who support our operations; our assistants and personnel (only as needed to perform the Services); event and program sponsors and partners; affiliates and partners; integrations you authorize; successor entities in business transfers; and government or regulatory entities when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

7. Marketing Communications & Consent Disclosure

By engaging with our Services, websites, events, or lead forms, you consent to receive communications from Goldbar through multiple channels, including email, phone calls, SMS/MMS text messages, and automated or pre-recorded voice messages. By submitting any form on our websites, you agree your submission serves as your digital signature confirming your agreement to be contacted — even if your number is registered on a state or federal Do-Not-Call list.

8. Your Choices & How to Unsubscribe

To opt out of marketing communications: email info@goldbarstaffing.com with your name and contact details, or reply STOP to any marketing SMS. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Cookies and Analytics

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (including Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel) to operate the Sites, remember preferences, measure usage, and support marketing. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals where required by law.

10. Data Security

We maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of storage is completely secure. You are responsible for using strong credentials, limiting the access you grant, and promptly revoking access you no longer wish to provide. Where you share logins with us, you do so at your direction and remain responsible for the underlying accounts.

11. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information; to opt out of marketing; and to request data portability or restriction. To exercise your rights, contact us at info@goldbarstaffing.com.

13. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, correct, delete, and opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal information for money. Submit a request using the contact details in Section 18.

15. International / GDPR & UK Compliance

If you reside in the EU, UK, or another GDPR jurisdiction, you have rights to transparency, access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and to file a complaint with your data protection authority. We process personal data under lawful bases of legitimate interest, contract performance, consent, and legal obligation.

16. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for individuals 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

17. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
