If your assistant is not the right fit within the first 30 days of their launch date, we will offer to replace them at no additional cost. You will not be charged for any gap period while we source and onboard your replacement.
Your launch date is the date your assistant formally begins working in your business — after the matching, certification, and onboarding process is complete. The 30-day guarantee window begins on this date.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify us in writing at finance@goldbarstaffing.com within 30 days of the launch date. You must have completed the onboarding process and given the assistant reasonable access to your tools and workflows.
We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, business growth, or time savings. Results depend on the nature of your business, the tasks delegated, and the quality of your working relationship with your assistant. Individual results will vary.
